Energy Level of the Plot

Every plot possesses a certain kind of energy and a magnetic field. Natural flow of this energy is from North pole to South pole in the form of magnetic waves. This energy is known as electro-magnetic force. If the southern portion of the plot is higher and Northern portion is lower. Then this energy flows freely. It enters the house easily and is beneficial for the residents.

If the Northern portion of the plot is higher and Southern is lower, then the flow of energy is not free as it gets interrupted and harms the residents.

The plot should also be surrounded by a boundary wall so that the electromagnetic force and positive energy keeps on getting generated. When this happens, the residents can lead a happy, peaceful and prosperous life. The magnetic flow is best generated and maintained in a square plot, while the level of this energy in a rectangular plot is considered to be average. This is because in the case of a rectangular plot it takes longer for these waves to travel from Northeastern corner to the Southwestern corner and their effect gets weakened.

If the rectangular plot is in the proportion of 2:1 with respect to the length and the breadth then the generation of electro-magnetic force is good, but if the length and breadth proportion is more than double (i.e 3:1 or more), then the effect of these waves is considerably reduced. In such case the fault can be corrected by erecting one or two walls.

The above mentioned rules are applicable to the plots located in the main cardinal directions (i.e. South-North directions), because in such plots the magnetic meridian falls in the centre of the plot. If the main direction is towards a corner of the plot then the effect of the energy and magnetic field will be naturally medium and even the result of a house constructed on proper guidelines of vastu will also be only up to 75%.

In this manner we find that electromagnetic force is best in the case of square plots and in the plots located in the main cardinal directions.

When the main directions of a plot fall in the corners of the plot instead of falling along the magnetic meridian, then the plot is known as the 'Vidisha plot'. If possible one should not buy such a plot because the energy level and the magnetic field of such a plot is very ordinary. The residents of this plot cannot get much benefit of the directions. If the vidisha plot has the road on its Northeast side, then it can be used for a residential house. In a vidisha plot the house should be constructed parallel to the boundary. It should not be constructed parallel to the main directions. More open space should be left in the Northeast directions. All the doors should be made in auspicious directions Southwest corner should be of 90°. The slope of the floor should be towards Northeast.
