Solar Eclipse from 2020

According to astrological calculations, the first solar eclipse of the year 2020 is seen in Gemini and Mrigashira Nakshatra. While the second solar eclipse of the year will fall in the Scorpio zodiac and Jyestha constellation. In such a situation, the eclipse will be seen directly on the natives related to the zodiac signs and constellations in which the solar eclipse is occurring. Apart from this, all other zodiac signs will also have different forms.

In Vedic astrology, Sun is considered to be the factor of the soul, father and king. Therefore it is also the principal planet among all the planets. Apart from this, the Sun planet is also considered to be a factor in positions of high authority in government service. Surya owns the Leo sign. It is high in Aries, while it is low in Libra. Day and night are possible only because of the sun. Due to this, seasons are formed on the earth. According to astrological calculations, the Sun remains in one zodiac for about a month. Generally, the movement of the Sun from one zodiac sign to another is known as solar month. The entry of Sun in this zodiac sign is also called Sankranti. In this series, when the Sun enters Capricorn, it is known as Makar Sankranti. We all know how important the Makar Sankranti is in Hinduism.

The planet closest to the Sun in the sky is Mercury, and the conjunction of the Sun with Mercury in the horoscope creates the Budhaditya Yoga. Through this yoga, a person becomes sharp intellectual power. He occupies a high position in government service.

As such, Shani Dev is the son of Sun God. But they hate the enemy among themselves. Therefore, Saturn is considered the enemy planet of the Sun. Apart from this, Venus is also an enemy of the Sun. At the same time, when it comes to friendship, Chandra, Mars and Guru Planets are friends of Sun. It is necessary to know here that any planet is afflicted with strong and enemy planets along with its friends.

The Hindu Panchag, also known as the Vedic Panchang, is also calculated based on the Sun. Since the Vedic almanac is composed of the sum of the five limbs (date, constellation, Karana, war, yoga). In this, the calculation of the date is also called the period from one sunrise to another sunrise.

Why does solar eclipse occur?

As we said, it is an astronomical phenomenon. After analyzing this phenomenon, it is known that three planets have to come in a straight line to make this event. In this, the Moon comes between the Sun and the Earth, due to which the Karan of the Sun does not reach the Earth. If the Moon covers the Sun completely, it is called a full solar eclipse, if it partially covers it is called a partial solar eclipse. On seeing this astronomical event from the earth, it seems as if the moon has covered the sun with its shape.

Solar eclipse 2020 as per Indian mythology.

According to astrology, the process of eclipse is due to Rahu Ketu. According to the legend, it is said that when the sea churned between the gods and the demons, the nectar that came out of the churn at that time was forcefully taken away from the gods by the asuras. If the demons had drunk that nectar, the world would have been destroyed. Therefore, Lord Vishnu took the form of a beautiful woman named Mohini to prevent Asuras from consuming nectar.

During this time Mohini took the nectar from the demons and cleverly began to divide it among the gods, but Lord Vishnu understood this trick as a monster called Swarbhanu and he sat in the form of a group of gods. They were all looking at the moon and the sun. Then, as soon as Swarabhanu took amritpan, both of them opened his bud. Lord Vishnu then separated Swarbhanu's neck from his torso with his Sudarshan Charak.

Swarabhanu did not die due to drinking nectar, so his head was called Rahu and Torso Ketu. Both were given the position of the shadow planet in the sky. Rahu and Ketu are believed to curse the Sun and Moon as an eclipse due to this hatred.
